CEO and Executive Committee President of RLH Properties since 2017, Borja Escalada has more than 15 years of experience in asset management and investment. Before joining RLH Properties, Borja founded Vector Cuatro in 2007 as a firm specialized in the investment and asset management of renewable energies, which quickly became a top global firm in its field by 2014.

Borja is a member of the Investment Committee and Operations Committee of Balam Fund 1 and Balam CKD, and acts as CEO of Ciudad Mayakoba, a development company creating a master-planned city in Playa del Carmen. He is also the Founding Partner of Sancus Capital, an entity dedicated to the management of investment vehicles for renewable energies, venture capital and real estate, as well as Chairman of the Sancus Foundation (a non-profit company) and board member of All Hand and Hearts Mexico.

With a degree in Business Management and Administration from CUNEF and the Complutense University of Madrid, Borja is a Professor in various Master’s programs and Director of two Executive Programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
