Chief of Staff and Executive Director of Special Projects at RLH Properties since 2018, Janina Martinez is an integral element of RLH Properties. Janina offers more than 35 years of experience in an array of industries, including special expertise in the management and planning of effective strategies for top-level businesses. She has an MBA from Miami University in Business Administration and is licensed in Strategic Planning at ITAM.

Janina has prior experience working with top companies, such as Operadora de Bolsa, Banca Serfín, Commission of the European Union, Salomon Brothers, Citibank and Rothschild.

A graduate of Universidad Anáhuac with a degree in electrical mechanical engineering, Janina speaks French, English and Spanish.
