Karla Vaquero has served as the Executive Director of Legal at RLH Properties since 2023.

With over 19 years of experience, she possesses a broad understanding of law, blending insights from transactional practice in an ever-evolving business and legal landscape, alongside regulatory, enforcement, and political acumen specific to the region.

Her professional journey commenced at Notaría Pública 212 and 246, and later at the esteemed firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes, S.C. However, it was at Credit Suisse México where she honed her skills and garnered extensive expertise in financial and banking law. Here, she provided comprehensive counsel on legal and compliance matters, leveraging her deep-seated knowledge of the financial industry and corporate law.

Karla is a graduate of Escuela Libre de Derecho and holds a specialization in Financial and Securities Law from Universidad Panamericana. She furthered her education with a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia University.
