Gonzalo is the Executive Director of Development, with over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. With extensive expertise in project management, Gonzalo is distinguished for his leadership focused on operational and strategic optimization.

In his role as Senior Project Director at Abilia, he was responsible for the administration of various real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with established planning requirements and reporting progress to the General Management and investors in a timely manner. In his previous role as Director of Construction at Black Palm Development, he led daily operations and developed strategies to achieve short and long-term objectives, implementing internal processes that strengthened various areas of the company and ensured the successful execution of projects.

Gonzalo holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He also holds an MBA from The University of Queensland (Australia) and a diploma in Business Administration and Development from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
