Marilaura joined RLH Properties in 2019 as Executive Director of Human Resources. Across more than 20 years of experience in this field, Marilaura has worked for important transnational companies such as Motorola Mexico, Deloitte, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, as well as recently at Orba Advanced Corporation (previously Mexichem), where Marilaura filled the role of Corporate Director of Organizational Growth, which featured responsibilities of talent management strategy and organizational growth on a global scale.

For the past 10 years, Marilaura has acquired experience as a human resources consultant by providing strategic support to top businesses. Marilaura has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, as well as certifications as a Coach by College of Executive Coaching and Change Facilitator by Prosci.
