Director of Asset Management at RLH Properties since 2023, Rodrigo boasts 9 years of experience in the hotel and real estate industry.

Prior to joining RLH, Rodrigo spent 5 years at JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group, where he held various positions, particularly in the areas of asset management and strategic consulting in Mexico City. In his last position at JLL, as Vice President, Rodrigo was responsible for executing asset management assignments and consulting projects such as market research and feasibility studies, pre-development and development advisories, brand and operator selections, brand and operator contract negotiations, financial projections, and portfolio valuations in Mexico and on specific projects abroad.

Rodrigo began his career in the hotel sector working for Hilton Worldwide, holding various roles, particularly in revenue management based in Mexico City and occasionally supporting specific projects abroad. In his last position with Hilton, Rodrigo served as Cluster Director of Revenue Management for three hotels in Mexico City, overseeing their performance and identifying opportunities to develop and implement revenue-generating room-focused commercial strategies.

Rodrigo is a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
