Fernando joined RLH Properties in 2017 and has focused on infrastructure, real estate law, transactional, M&A, financial and capital markets, leveraging more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer in Mexico and the United States.

Before joining RLH Properties, Fernando acted as senior and foreign associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in Mexico and New York, and as part of the legal team for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Fernando has a law degree by Universidad Iberoamericana and a law major by Columbia Law School in New York. He is licensed to practice law in Mexico and the State of New York.
