In 2017, Juan joined RLH Properties as Executive Director of Finance and oversees the department of Investor Relations. Juan started his career at KPMG, where he honed his effective methodology and great knowledge of the Mexican GAAP, as well as US GAAP and IFRS.

Subsequently, Juan joined ING as Auditing Manager and later became SOX Assistant Manager, where he acquired experience in the definition and implementation of internal control procedures that utilize market-wide best practices. While at RSA, Juan held various positions, including Chief Auditor for Latin America, Risk Manager and Comptroller Manager. Before joining RLH Properties, Juan was CFO at Zürich Insurance Group Mexico.

Juan graduated from Universidad Panamericana with a degree in Accounting. He has 24 years of experience and a major in Finance, as well as a license in Senior Management by IPADE.
