Executive Director of Marketing and Sales at RLH since 2024. She joined the company in 2019 as the Marketing Director, overseeing brand positioning at a corporate level as well as the destination brands Mayakoba and Mandarina. With over 11 years of marketing experience, Kappner specializes in tourism-based developments and real estate. Before joining RLH Properties, Kappner was Chief Marketing Officer for RSC Development, closely overseeing branding, marketing and public relations campaigns for One&Only Mandarina and One&Only Mandarina Private Homes, among other signature developments.

Kappner started her career at MIRA Companies, where she was promoted to marketing manager before leaving to lead marketing efforts at Atlas Real Estate.

Kappner has a degree in International Relations from University of Virginia.
